Excellent customer service and great clearance prices! I Love Old Navy. Great quality in clothes and the choices for little ones, teenagers and young adults are good. I also find things for myself. They have great sales also!

Product selection is fine, but they were understaffed at checkout and it took quite a while for the lines to die down. That and none of the chip readers for your card worked, so you're automatically adding time and frustration for every customer.

After being asked about 20 times if I want the rewards card at checkout, I was told that the items I chose were not actually on sale for the advertised price, because if there are 2 deals (the other one was not displayed), it’s the worse one. What a scam. Employee in the dressing room was nice though

It's always fun to go into Old Navy all different kinds of things to browse around and look at and of course always looking forward to the next season of closings that's going to come out

This location was a bit disorganized and disheveled, but if you can find something you like in your size they have some great buys. The staff was friendly.
